The profile of the timber channels  holds all size oysters eliminating the spill of oyster liquor, preserving the oysters provenance.
With 3 channels you can keep track of  which oysters are which when serving plates of mixed provenance
Available in three sizes,
Large.  -   500mm wide .   Comfortable 12+ oysters  or stacked for center of the table for sharing.
Medium - 375mm wide.   Compact  up to 12 oyster rack.   This is the most popular.
Small - 250mm.  Comfortable 6 oyster.  Great as a picnic basket rack
They are made with kiln dried hardwood.  They  are pre-oiled ready to use and ship with a small bottle of timber care oil to get you started.
Care Instructions.
Do not put in dishwasher.  Rinse under warm water and dry after use.  
Apply timber care oil  reguarly to keep timber surface sealed and protected.
