Live Native Oysters sources the finest rock oysters from various estuaries along the east coast of Australia as well as Albany, Western Australia. Each estuary produces oysters with their own unique flavor profile due to the varying marine environment and farming techniques used (merroir).

 

We obtain our stock directly from farmers and trusted oyster co-ops, ensuring a diverse selection of oysters.  Our events showcase the provenance of oysters, and we keep stock from multiple estuaries to share with you.
